Davina Seoparsan attended the University of Virginia for undergraduate and the University of Richmond Law School She has been practicing in the Hampton Roads area since 2021.

Davina has a unique combination of experience with both sides of the law. She first started her career as a Public Defender and then switched gears working as a prosecutor in the Hampton Commonwealth Attorney’s Office for a number of years. Her role as a prosecutor allowed her to gain firsthand insight into the criminal justice system—insight that now informs her work as a defense attorney.

Davina is dedicated to serving individuals charged with crimes in both state and federal courts and can represent someone charged with anything from a traffic case to a serious felony. In addition to criminal cases, Davina can assist you with a number of matters including criminal defense, child custody, divorce and separations and Virginia State Bar disciplinary actions.
