NICK HOBBS
Nick Hobbs is a former prosecutor for the city of Newport News and a lifelong resident of Hampton. He graduated from Bethel High School, attended Virginia Tech and ODU, and has a law degree from Regent School of Law. Nick has litigated countless bench and jury trials in criminal and traffic Court, and enjoys holding the Commonwealth to the highest level of against individuals charged with a criminal offense. In addition to his state criminal and traffic law background, Nick also practices extensively in the United States District Court for the 4th Circuit and is an experienced federal criminal defense attorney.
Nick is a well-respected member of the community, serves as a substitute judge across the region, and clients rely on him for excellent results on their cases at all levels.
